This Privacy Policy describes how Julia Stein ("we," "our," or "the Developer") collects, uses, and protects your information when you visit our sales funnel, interact with our diagnostic tools, or purchase the BackBillPro software utility (hosted via Systeme.io).

1. Information Collected Natively via Our Sales Funnel

When you purchase BackBillPro or interact with our platform, we collect the limited personal information necessary to securely process your transaction and deliver your digital assets. This includes:

 * Contact Information: Your name, email address, and/or law firm name.

 * Transaction Information: Your billing details and payment processing data. All payments are securely handled and encrypted entirely by our third-party payment processor, Stripe/PayPal. The Developer never sees, stores, or hosts your credit card numbers or account credentials.

2. Zero Collection of Client Data, Case Files, or Legal Communications

BackBillPro is a locally executed software utility. The Developer does not operate external databases and has zero access to the data processed by the software.

  The underlying Google Apps Script runs exclusively within your firm’s private *Google Workspace** environment.

  The semantic data parsing is executed locally via your directly established API relationship with *OpenAI (ChatGPT)**.

 * No client names, email bodies, timestamps, or billing descriptions are ever transmitted back to us, viewed by us, or stored on our servers. You maintain absolute custody of your data and attorney-client privilege at all times.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your basic customer contact information strictly to:

 * Deliver your unique digital spreadsheet copy link and installation instructions.

 * Provide direct, developer-level technical support.

 * Issue critical product updates regarding changes to Google Workspace or PracticePanther import structures.

 * Verify your single-firm user license.

4. Data Retention & Third-Party Sharing

 * We will never sell, rent, trade, or distribute your name, email address, or firm details to outside marketers or third-party entities.

 * Your customer record is archived securely within our funnel platform (Systeme.io) and payment gateway (Stripe) solely for legal compliance, tax reporting, and administrative purposes.

5. Your Rights & Contact Information
